We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if you want to return your purchase to us, then we’re fine with that too.
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.
DRS WHOLESALE does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an immediate replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will only refund items if they are returned with their full ratio pack. If an item is missing from the ratio pack we will not issue a refund unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. Pack your parcel securely making sure you include a copy of your original shipping note. Failure to provide a copy may result in credits being delayed. DRS WHOLESALE is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.
For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to redelivery. If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price, we will have to charge the original payment card, unless you supply us with different card details. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment card.
14 day returns applies to all products with the exception of the following products: Swimwear, Lingerie, Underwear and any products which have been worn. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that there are a few exceptions to this policy, goods received back will be checked by our returns department and if they are found not to be faulty we are unable to accept these back and will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
We do not accept back "unwanted" items.
